Scibay Publications is working for the publication of peer–reviewed online Journals of original research papers, technical notes, mini reviews and Case Studies.

Submission declaration

Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis or as an electronic preprint, that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, that its publication is approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out, and that, if accepted, it will not be published elsewhere including electronically in the same form, in English or in any other language, without the written consent of the copyright-holder.

Manuscript format

The preferred format of all manuscript is MS Word and latex for mathematics. Figures, tables and images must be inserted in the manuscript at the appropriate places. All submitted articles should not exceed 10 pages for original research articles and 6 pages incase of case studies or technical notes.

Title Page

The title page should include:

  • The name(s) of the author(s)
  • A concise and informative title
  • The affiliation(s) and address(es) of the author(s)
  • The e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers of the corresponding author


The abstract should state briefly the purpose of the research, the principal results and major conclusions. An abstract is often presented separate from the article, so it must be able to stand alone. Please provide an abstract of 100 words. The abstract should not contain any undefined abbreviations or unspecified references.


Please provide 4 to 6 keywords which can be used for indexing purposes.

  • Results and Discussion
  • Conclusion

Text Formatting

  • Use a normal, plain font (e.g., 10-point Times Roman, line spacing 1.5) for text.
  • Use italics for emphasis.
  • Use the automatic page numbering function to number the pages.
  • Do not use field functions.
  • Use tab stops or other commands for indents, not the space bar.
  • Use the table function, not spreadsheets, to make tables.
  • Use the equation editor or MathType for equations.
  • Save your file in docx format (Word 2007 or higher) or doc format (older Word versions).

Figures and Tables

The journal has a restriction on number of figures and tables for submission. A total of 6 figures or tables can be submitted. We request the authors to strictly restrict the number of figures and tables being submitted and also kindly avoid having multiple figures in one figure captions untill otherwise it is necessary (Ex: Fig 1a & 1b)


References must be identified by Arabic numerals (e.g. 1, 2 etc.), numbered consecutively in the order in which they are first mentioned in the text (between square brackets) and listed at the end of paper.
